Supply Lists

If you are planning on doing back to school shopping in August we recommend that your child starts the school year off with the following supplies. Please note that these supplies are optional and will be available at school. 

KDG

• Backpack
• Wired Headphones
  • Labeled with child’s name
  • To be kept at school to use with Chromebooks
  • Please no Bluetooth headphones
• Reusable spill proof Water Bottle (labeled with name)
• 1 2-Pocket Folder (design of choice!)
• Accidents Happen! Please pack a change of clothes
  • (shorts/pants, shirt, underwear, socks) in case of bathroom accidents or muddy recess incidents.
    • Please pack in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag with your child’s name on it.
    • These clothes will live at school for your child only and be sent home at the end of the year.
• *Please do not bring any pencil boxes or pencil cases!

Grade 4

• Zippered pencil case (No boxes please!)
• 5 Spiral Notebooks - 1 subject, wide ruled, 70 pages, different colors
• glue sticks – NO liquid glue
• 1 pack of colored pencils and/or washable markers
• 1 box of crayons (24 count)
• 2 yellow highlighters
• 2 packs of #2 Ticonderoga or mechanical pencils
• 5 - 2 pocket folders (beneficial for colors to match notebooks)
• 1 – 2 plastic pocket folder - for use as take-home folder
• 1 set of ear buds for IPads
• 1 pack large pink eraser
• 1 pack dry erase markers
• Old sock to use as dry marker eraser

Grade 5

• 1 pair of ear buds or headphones to keep in school (We use these daily)
• 6 different colored sturdy folders (poly/plastic folders are most durable.)
• 4 spiral notebooks (one subject each)
• 1 pack of 12 pencils (Ticonderoga are best)
• 4 dry erase Expo markers with 1 dry eraser
• 2 highlighters (yellow is best)
• 1 pack of erasers (pencil tip or block)
• 1 snap-and-lock pencil box OR zipper case for materials
• 1 pack of colored pencils
• 1 pack of 8 (or more) magic markers
• 4 glue sticks
• 1 pair of scissors (labeled with child’s name please)

*Teachers would appreciate students arriving to school with an independent reading book. This provides students with a text of personal interest to read, but also gives teachers insight into the types of books your child chooses to read.
